GRAND PRIZE: THE HOME AS DESCRIBED AND PICTURED on www.WinHawaiianHome.com which is located in Pahoa on the Big Island of Hawaii.

There will be only one (1) winner chosen from the qualified entries received during the Contest Period who will be awarded a fee-simple title to the residence located in Pahoa, HI, as described in the legal description and pictured on WinHawaiianHome.com and in the existing title. The prize cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash.
This prize will be granted free from any mortgage with property taxes paid up to date at time of closing. This property will be granted with title insurance included in closing costs. All normal closing costs will also be covered by the Sponsor of this Contest, which is limited to attorney, title company services for proper legal process and related mailing fees for signatures related to the legal transfer of the property.
The transfer of the residence will be awarded by sponsor's attorney and/or title company on or before one (1) month following the end of the Contest Period. Exact closing date shall be set by the attorney and/or title company. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Contest winner. The residence is awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND BY SPONSOR OR ANY OTHER PERSON, expressed or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.)
THE HOME WILL NOT BE AWARDED IF 6000 ENTRIES ARE NOT RECEIVED.
IN THE EVENT THAT 6000 ENTRIES ARE NOT RECEIVED BUT 1000 ENTRIES OR MORE ARE RECEIVED, CASH PRIZES SHALL BE AWARDED.
If 1000 entries are not received, sponsor elects to cancel the contest and return the entry fee less a processing fee of $11.00 per each Entrant Fee to cover administrative fees in processing all cashier's checks, money orders, and/or mailing and postage requirements.
Once the Sponsor elects to close the Contest, the prizes will be determined by actual number of entries as follows:

Prize Notification
The winner will be notified by phone and/or in writing by overnight courier within ten (10) days of the prize being awarded. If the Sponsor is unable to confirm the winner within seven (7) days of notification being sent, or if a winner is disqualified, then the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the entrant who would have won the prize had the original winner not done so.
The name of the winner(s) will also be posted on WinHawaiianHome.com.
